Privacy Policy

We collect the following personal information when you register or enrol:

• Full name
• Email address
• WhatsApp / mobile number
• Payment screenshot (UPI transaction proof)
• City / location (optional, provided by you)

We do not collect payment card numbers, CVV codes, or banking credentials. Payments are made directly via UPI and we only receive a screenshot as proof.

Your information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Confirming your enrolment and processing your registration
• Sending programme details, session schedules, and updates via email
• Adding you to the WhatsApp channel for session reminders and Zoom link delivery
• Responding to your support queries
• Improving the programme experience

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sell it to third parties.

Your personal data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL). Specifically:

• Enrolment records (name, email, phone) are stored in a secured database accessible only to authorised administrators.
• Payment screenshots are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket and are not publicly accessible.
• Data is retained for the duration of the programme and for up to 12 months thereafter for record-keeping purposes.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at reena@reenajain.in.

As part of the programme, you will be invited to join a WhatsApp Channel managed by Reena Jain. By joining, you acknowledge:

• The WhatsApp channel is used exclusively for programme-related communications — session reminders, Zoom link delivery (shared 24 hours before each session), and important announcements.
• Joining the channel is voluntary. However, not joining may mean you miss time-sensitive session information.
• WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. By joining, you are also subject to WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• We do not store or process any messages you send within WhatsApp. The channel is broadcast-only.
• You may leave the channel at any time. Leaving does not affect your enrolment status.

We use Resend (resend.com) as our transactional email service provider. When you enrol, Resend processes your email address to deliver:

• Enrolment confirmation email
• Payment confirmation email
• Programme updates and session information

Resend acts as a data processor on our behalf. Your email address is transmitted to Resend's servers solely for the purpose of delivering these transactional emails. Resend does not use your email for marketing or share it with third parties. For more information, see Resend's Privacy Policy.

Our website uses minimal, functional cookies required for authentication and session management (via Supabase). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. If analytics are enabled in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for communications at any time

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the programme after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
